These terms apply to your use of this website and to consulting, training and assessment services requested from Standard Excellence Co., Ltd.
Scope of services
We provide ISO consulting, training and system implementation. The scope, schedule and fees for each project are set out in the quotation and written agreement we sign with you.
Status of assessment results
Cost, timeline and risk assessments provided through this site are preliminary estimates based on the information you give us. They are not a binding offer, and actual figures may change after an on-site review.
Certification
Certificates are issued by an independent certification body, not by us. We prepare and support your organisation, but we cannot guarantee the outcome of a certification body audit on its behalf.
Client responsibilities
Project success depends on accurate information, the people you assign, and following the agreed plan. Delays on the client side may affect the certification schedule.
Confidentiality
Documents, process information and business data we receive during an engagement are treated as confidential and used only to perform the agreed work.
Intellectual property
Content, articles and document templates on this site belong to the company and may not be used commercially or republished without written permission.

We may revise these terms from time to time; the date of the latest revision appears at the top of this page.
